Almost 2500 scuba divers in Indonesia have set a new world record for the largest mass dive, Guinness World Records says.
A total of 2486 divers were involved in the bid off the coast of North Sulawesi. Adjudicator Lucia Sinigagliesi confirmed that the group had broken the record for "Most People Scuba Diving Simultaneously".
The previous record was set in the Maldives in 2006, when 958 divers took part in a mass dive.
