A dispute has erupted in India over an advert with Mahatma Gandhi endorsing eggs as vegetarian.
Bromark Chicken's ad features a statement made by Ghandi in 1931 declaring eggs were vegetarian and good for the health of children.
India's federal ruling Congress Party is furious, saying the father of the nation cannot be used to advertise something he denounced.
