The death toll from Sydney's fatal nursing home fire has risen to 10 with the death of an 87-year-old man late last night.
The man died at Westmead Hospital, in Sydney's west, following the fire at Quakers Hill Nursing Home, in Sydney's northwest, during the early hours of November 18.
A registered nurse working at the facility, 35-year-old Roger Dean, is alleged to have started the fire and has been charged with eight counts of murder.
Autopsy results will determine if any further charges will be laid.
