KEY POINTS:
LONDON - Suffolk police launched a murder investigation yesterday that links the deaths of two prostitutes whose naked bodies were found 1.5km apart in the same stream within a week of each other.
Police said a body divers found on the outskirts of Ipswich on Saturday was that of 19-year-old Tania Nicol.
The body of Gemma Adams, 25, was found in a brook last weekend.
"We are now beginning a linked murder investigation," Detective Superintendent Andy Henwood of Ipswich police said.
There were "obvious similarities" between the deaths and he urged local prostitutes to look out for one another.
