Daylight saving change for Britain

Britain is set for longer and lighter summer evenings as ministers prepare to shift the clocks forward by an extra hour of daylight saving.

A new "tourism strategy", to be published by the coalition within days, is expected to contain plans to move the country to "double summertime" or British Summer Time +1.
