A young woman involved in a Californian highway crash that killed a Tongan prince and princess and their driver should be convicted of vehicular manslaughter, a prosecutor said yesterday.
Edith Delgado, 19, was racing another car at between 136km/h and 160km/h in July when her car hit the car carrying Tongan Prince Tu'ipelehake, 55, his wife, Princess Kaimana Aleamotu'a Tuku'aho, 46, and their driver, Vinisia Hefa, 36, the court heard.
