Schapelle Corby, who is serving a 20-year sentence in an Indonesian jail, wants to have a baby, according to an Australian woman's magazine.
Corby's mother Rosleigh Rose told Woman's Day her daughter was committed to becoming a mother, even if it meant giving birth inside Bali's Kerobokan Prison, her home since she was convicted of importing 4.2kg of marijuana in 2004.
"She is going to have a baby and she's going to be a great mum," Rose told Woman's Day.
"If she doesn't come home this time, she can have one in there - so what?"
Rose said Corby, 32, started thinking about having children after her half-brother James Kisina became a dad earlier this year.
Kisina, who was jailed over a violent home invasion in 2006, plans to take baby Semisi to visit his aunt during an annual trip to Bali, said the magazine.
Woman's Day reported that pregnancies at the mixed-sex prison were not uncommon, where guards were known to rent offices for illicit liaisons with prisoners.
