The father of accused drug trafficker Schapelle Corby, has admitted he has been caught with marijuana.
Michael Corby was fined 400 Australian dollars for possessing about 2 grams of cannabis in the mid seventies.
Like his daughter, he claims the marijuana was not his.
He has also told "The Australian" newspaper he has been charged with drink-driving half a dozen times.
Less than a week before a verdict is to be handed down in Schapelle Corby's drugs trial, it has also been revealed her brother, Clinton Rose, is in jail for burglary.
The family is concerned the news may jeopardise Schapelle's case.
But Clinton Rose says his incarceration is irrelevant to his sister's trial, because he is not in jail on drugs charges.
Schapelle Corby will find out next Friday whether she will be convicted of smuggling 4.1 kilograms of marijuana through Denpasar airport.
