A Florida woman who turned up at a jailhouse for a conjugal visit with her man ended up getting arrested on a drink driving charge instead.
The 45-year-old has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after showing up at a county jail in the state and demanding a conjugal visit with a particular inmate.
The sheriff's office reported that the woman was turned away, as the jail does not allow conjugal visits.
The woman drove away but reportedly returned a short time later. Jail guards called road patrol, because they suspected the woman had been drinking.
Deputies found the woman sitting in her car. A breath test showed her blood-alcohol level was three times over the legal limit.
The woman was charged with DUI and later released on $500 bail.
