Plans for a new nightclub and restaurant complex on the site of the Sari Club, where 202 people including 88 Australians, died in the 2002 Bali bombings, have stirred controversy.
Fairfax newspapers reported that the site's owner is determined to push ahead with the development as the Australian-based Bali Peace Park Foundation has struggled to raise funds for a plan for a park and memorial.
