An 11-year-old boy walked out of his fifth-grade class and went on a crime spree, stealing weapons from a farm and shooting at three people.
School staff at Mokane, Missouri, alerted authorities when the boy never returned to class from a bathroom break.
The boy reportedly walked a mile to a hog farm, stole several weapons, shot at the landowner and a neighbour, then shot the school district's transportation director in the wrist.
The boy was arrested after he crashed a stolen pickup truck.
