Cuban leader Fidel Castro is recovering well and taking part in major government decisions, the head of Cuba's legislature said yesterday.
But when or how the 80-year-old will resume public leadership of the country remains to be seen, National Assembly president Ricardo Alarcon said.
"He has not abandoned his role."
