The woman looks at the approaching car apparently unaware it is out of control.
The vehicle then smashes into the room, pulling the young boy under, as the woman leaps out of the way.
The woman can then be seen furiously smashing on the car windscreen.
She is joined by another woman who grabs the child once the vehicle reverses out of the room.
The child appears to be alive and unharmed, although this has not yet been confirmed.
The video ends with a view of the destroyed room filled with broken glass and smashed bottles of wine.
Social media users were quick to comment on the incredible clip.
David Lamb wrote: 'Fortunately, it looks like most of the red [liquid] on the floor was wine'.
Earlier this month footage emerged of a young schoolboy being hit by a moving car and being flung across a busy road when he ran into the street because the nearest crossing was 10 minutes away.
The child, who was still wearing his green school uniform, sprinted across the road from behind a stationary bus.
But he failed to see the vehicle which was being driven down the road and was immediately struck by the car in a residential area of Jurong West in Singapore.
