Canberra is on alert for flash flooding as local emergency services workers continue to respond to calls for help following days of heavy rain.
The ACT State Emergency Service on Saturday said it had received a total of 604 calls for help since Tuesday.
Crews spent much of Saturday helping people deal with minor flooding, downed trees and branches and leaking roofs across the territory.
The Bureau of Meteorology on Saturday issued a severe weather warning for possible flash flooding.
Rainfall over the ACT is forecast to increase later on Saturday and continue into Sunday morning.
