SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) Puerto Rico authorities say a 58-year-old Canadian tourist has drowned off the U.S. territory's north coast.
Police said Thursday that a man whose name they spelled as Andres Prouelx was swept away by a current at a beach in the tourist area of Rio Grande. They said the drowning occurred Wednesday in front of the upscale St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort.
Police said they did not immediately have the man's hometown.
