Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has met with Australian and New Zealand representatives in London ahead of her trip Down Under in November.
Dressed in a blue skirt suit, Prince Charles's wife visited Hyde Park Corner in central London overnight NZ time in her capacity as Patron of the War Memorials Trust.
At the Royal Artillery Memorial, the Duchess learnt about new watermark technology which hopes to combat the growing crime of war memorial theft amid a spike in scrap metal value.
Camilla then met with High Commissioner John Dauth at the Australian war memorial and his Kiwi counterpart Derek Leask at the New Zealand memorial.
"They talked her through the significance of the memorials, reiterating their meaning to a lot of people," said a spokeswoman on scene.
