The boy wasbeing pushed across the road in a buggy by his grandmother when the buggy was hit directly but the truck.
The boy was dragged beneath the wheels as the boy's grandmother hysterically screamed.
The panicked truck drive jumped out of the vehicle to retrtieve the child. The grandmother is then seen to hit the truck driver.
