As the United States and the world come to grips with yet another mass shooting, many people are starting to display their anger at the so-called "meaningless platitudes" made by some of those leaders stalling gun control laws in the US.
The New York Daily News has tweeted out its front page for tomorrow morning (US time) and it has quickly gone viral on social media.
The newspaper went with the banner headline: "GOD ISN'T FIXING THIS".
Surrounding the large white words are images of condolence tweets sent out by US politicians following the San Bernardino shootings, which killed 14 and wounded 17.
Below the header is the subheading: "As latest batch of innocent Americans are left lying in pools of blood, cowards who could try end gun scourge continue to hide behind meaningless platitudes."
Meanwhile, Twitter user @igorvolsky is sub-tweeting tribute messages by US politicians and above the tweets including the amount donated to their campaigns by the National Rifle Association (NRA).
The NRA is an American organisation that advocates and lobbies for gun rights and ownership.
According to American business and technology news website Business Insider, Igor Volsky is an editor at progressive political publication ThinkProgress.
Above a tweet by Bob Goodlatte, who represents the Sixth Congressional District of Virginia in the US House of Representatives, Volsky tweeted: "Got $9,900 from NRA during 2014 cycle..."
Goodlatte's tweet was: "My prayers are with San Bernardino. Please keep this community and the victims and their families in your thoughts."
Above a tweet by Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Paul Ryan - "Please keep the victims of #SanBernardino, California in your prayers." - @igorvolsky wrote: "Got $2,000 from NRA during 2014 cycle..."
The Kentucky press office of Senator Mitch McConnell tweeted: "The senseless loss of innocent life in #SanBernardino defies explanation. Our thoughts are w/ the victims & their families -- @SenateMajLdr..."
So Volsky sub-tweeted it and wrote: "NRA dumped $922K into McConnell's re-elect bid, so when it comes to preventing gun violence all u get is this tweet."

As Business Insider explains, "The implication is that accepting money from the NRA, which staunchly opposes restrictions on gun sales and use, then expressing grief over the tragedy, is hypocritical."
To sum it all up, Volsky tweeted: "NRA spent $30,650,008 in independent expenditures during the 2014 election cycle. You read that right. $30,650,008."
