The Lindt Cafe staff at Sydney's Martin Place are ready to return to work within the next month.
The cafe where three people died in December's siege will reopen in mid-March, Lindt Australia confirmed.
There will be a permanent memorial to cafe manager Tori Johnson and Sydney barrister Katrina Dawson. They were killed in the siege along with gunman Man Horan Monis.
"(Our staff) feel positive about this decision and believe this is the best way forward," Lindt Australia CEO Steve Loane said.
