A Welsh bull has been given a reprieve in a life-or-death legal wrangle about the primacy of religion over the country's animal health laws.
Shambo has spent the last three months in isolation at a Hindu temple after testing positive to bovine tuberculosis. A High Court judge has ruled that the bull should not be sacrificed because he is worshipped by a religious community.
The Welsh Government is appealing.
