LONDON - British police have charged two men under the country's Terrorism Act with possessing items of use to a terrorist.
Imad Shoubaki, 31, faces four charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism, had a computer disc with files on "how to become an assassin", the book "Zaad e Mujahid", and another on how to make explosives.
Adam Mohamed, 28, faces two charges that he conspired to possess money or other property to be used for terrorism and also had a computer disc containing the book "Zaad e Mujahid".
Police said that gave rise to the "reasonable suspicion that (their) possession thereof is for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism."
Both men will appear at the city's Westminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
