The leader and founding chairman of the far right British National Party have both been charged with making racist comments during a secretly filmed television documentary, the police said yesterday.
Officers arrested BNP leader Nick Griffin, 45, and John Tyndall, 70, in December after the BBC broadcast The Secret Agent, a documentary that filmed BNP members giving speeches attacking Islam.
