BRISBANE - A 12-year-old student who was stabbed at a Brisbane school has died.
Police remain at St Patrick's College at Shorncliffe, in bayside Brisbane, where the incident happened about 8.15am on Monday.
A 13-year-old boy, who attends the same Catholic school, is helping police with inquiries.
He has received hospital treatment for minor injuries.
It is alleged he stabbed the 12-year-old in the chest.
St Patrick's College said it was unable to comment on the incident but it's understood a letter is being drafted to send home with students.
