Bomb blasts in southern Iran

Two bomb blasts last night ripped through the southern Iranian city of Ahvaz, scene of intermittent ethnic unrest by Iran's Arab minority.

State television said the explosions occurred in a bank and a government building. The Mehr news agency put the death toll at two.
