Iraqi police last night found a body of a US soldier floating in the Euphrates River at Mussayib 55km south of Baghdad.
Mussayib is near Mahmudiyah, the town at the centre of a US military search for three soldiers who were kidnapped by al Qaeda militants 11 days ago.
