Four days after a commuter plane slammed into a far north Queensland hillside, authorities have finally been able to recover the bodies of 10 victims.
But those of the other five people who died when the plane went down on Saturday remained in the charred and twisted wreckage last night.
It also emerged yesterday that engine trouble had recently plagued the Fairchild Metroliner III aircraft which crashed and exploded in flames.
