A radical preacher described as Osama bin Laden's right hand man in Europe will be released from jail in Britain.
That's despite the Home Office describing him as an "extraordinarily dangerous" man who poses a threat to international security.
Abu Qatada has been freed so he can fight extradition to Jordan.
He'll be released on strict conditions, including restrictions on his movement and access to the internet.
