Bangkok airport bomb blast kills one, injures 22

A bomb blast at Bangkok's Don Muang airport has reportedly killed one anti-government protester and injured 22, an emergency services official said.

Thailand's Channel 7 television said a grenade was fired from a flyover near the airport.
