Bali Nine prosecutors push for life sentence

Indonesian prosecutors last night demanded that Bali Nine defendant Scott Rush be found guilty and sentenced to life - rather than death by firing squad - for heroin smuggling.

The demand was the first to be delivered against any of the nine in the Denpasar District Court.
