Four of the "Bali nine" have been moved to the island's main prison at Kerobokan - the same jail where Schapelle Corby and the convicted Bali bombers are serving time.
The four alleged drug mules - Renae Lawrence, 27, of Newcastle, Martin Stephens, 29, of Wollongong, and Gold Coast youngsters Scott Rush, 19, and Michael Czugaj, 20 - had been held for months in cramped cells at Bali Police Headquarters.
Lawrence was so depressed about her situation that she slit her wrists on at least three occasions since her arrest in April, her lawyer said.
