Six lion cubs born in the cramped Baghdad zoo owned by Saddam Hussein's son Uday will find freedom in South Africa.
SanWild Wildlife Sanctuary, a nonprofit organisation, has secured the release of the cubs, their mother and two other lions.
The mother and her cubs will be settled in the Ngome Community Reserve in KwaZulu-Natal. The other two lions will remain at SanWild in the northern Limpopo province.
