Baby's body lost by Sydney hospital

The parents of a stillborn baby whose body was lost by Blacktown Hospital in Sydney must wait at least another week to learn what happened.

The New South Wales Government expressed sorrow over the loss of the body of Angelina, born on May 13. Nine days later the parents were told her body had disappeared.

The Health Care Complaints Commission is investigating.
