The parents of a two-week old baby girl who died after being attacked by a dog in a bedroom of their Perth home thought the pet was outside, police say.
The baby died in hospital yesterday from injuries sustained in the attack by the family's Siberian husky, who had returned to the couple's home after being kept at a relative's house while the baby settled in.
