Chinese authorities have postponed a charity concert organised by action star Jackie Chan, fearing it could turn into an anti-Japanese rally, a Hong Kong paper says. The Chinese Government has curtailed activities involving big crowds after large anti-Japanese protests turned violent earlier this month, the Ming Pao Daily News reported. The concert, scheduled for Saturday in Xian, was meant to raise funds for poor children.
