Australian scandal secrecy order

Australia's spy agencies have been allowed to place a secrecy order on documents related to the wheat board's kickbacks scandal amid fears they could breach national security.

The inquiry head, Terence Cole, QC, allowed a raft of documents to be kept from the public.
