Beyondblue chairman Jeff Kennett retains the support of Federal Mental Health Minister Mark Butler, despite a bullying complaint being made against him.
Beyondblue chief executive Dawn O'Neil quit the national depression initiative last month after just eight months in the job because of strained relations with Kennett.
Beyondblue has confirmed that O'Neil made a written complaint alleging bullying by Kennett, but said the board decided to support the former Victorian Premier.
On Sunday, beyondblue deputy chairwoman Kate Carnell confirmed that the bullying allegation was made, but said the claims could not be substantiated.
