ADELAIDE - A young mother has denied the manslaughter of her newborn baby who was found wrapped in newspaper in an Adelaide driveway.
Twenty-year-old Lara Daphne Ey on Monday pleaded not guilty in the South Australian Supreme Court to manslaughter and criminal neglect over the death of her son Daniel.
The baby was found dead in July last year at Campbelltown in Adelaide's north.
Ey will stand trial next year.
