Authorities have arrested two separatists in Angola's Cabinda region after the shooting attack on the Togolese soccer team that killed three people. A prosecutor said the two unidentified members of the Front for the Liberation of the Enclave of Cabinda (Flec) were captured near the site of Saturday's shooting. A Flec leader in exile in France, Rodrigues Mingas, claimed responsibility yesterday, but said his group was after Angolan troops escorting the team.
