A man arrested by British police investigating the London suicide bombings of July 7, 2005 has been charged with possessing an al Qaeda training manual.
Khalid Khaliq, 34, from Beeston in Leeds, was arrested this month with three others and is due to appear before magistrates in a London court on Monday.
