Ugandan residents have begun protesting against the state of the capital's roads by fishing in potholes. Protesters then pretended to sell their "catch" from the water-filled holes.
The Mayor of Kampala, Nasser Ntege Ssebagala, told the BBC that the city was not given enough tax revenue to fix the roads.
