Air marshals cleared of airport shooting

Florida state prosecutors concluded two federal air marshals were justified in shooting dead a passenger at Miami Airport last December and will not be charged.

A report found that they had no way of knowing that Rigoberto Alpizar suffered from bipolar disorder when they heard him use the word "bomb" while running through the plane's cabin.
