The brother of Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams has handed himself in to Irish police over allegations of child sex abuse in neighbouring Northern Ireland, local media report.
Liam Adams, 54, turned himself in at a Dublin police station yesterday after a European arrest warrant issued as part of an investigation into alleged abuse in the 1970s and 1980s.
Last year Gerry Adams revealed that his father, who died in 2003, had "emotionally, physically and sexually" abused members of their large family.
