BRISBANE - A newborn baby dumped in a bag in a toilet at a Gold Coast luxury resort in March has been reunited with his mother in Ireland.
The 2-week-old boy's mother, Amy Eustace, was traced after a member of the public recognised security footage.
The Australian Federal Police, Interpol and the Department of Immigration were involved in a worldwide search. After locating her family in Ireland, authorities were able to meet with Eustace and convince her to take her son back.
