Italy's state lottery has increased to a record jackpot of €109.9 million ($240.75 million), after the latest drawing on Wednesday again thwarted those hoping to get the winning, six-number combination.
No one has nabbed the winning six-number combination in the SuperEnalotto game since January. So far, Italy's largest single lottery prize is the €100 million won in the Sicilian city of Catania last year.
