Travellers who have endured an irritating crick in the neck from trying to rest on long journeys will welcome a travel pillow designed in Melbourne.
Murray Cook, who invented the roll-up, latex Portillo, says his product is far superior to the neck-shaped, blow-up and self-inflating versions.
The Portillo can be rolled into its own little pillowcase, which is not much bigger than a tube of tennis balls.
Cook is a former wholesale-travel-company operator who travelled frequently and could never sleep when using aircraft pillows.
