Winter@Waipu livens Bream Bay

Winter@waipu is a festival aimed at livening up winter in Bream Bay. Many special events are scheduled until the end of August, such as caving, market days, golf tournaments, rugby, poetry and drama events, as well as the Waipu Winter Ball. The town's Celtic heritage is celebrated with Scottish country dancing, tartan-weaving, Irish piping and a ceilidh.
