The internet is a traveller's friend.
From researching and seeking inspiration (check out our Instagram feed for some of that: @nzhtravel), to booking cheap flights and accommodation and ultimately connecting with loved ones while you're on the road - the web has dramatically altered how we travel.
But I'm worried about connectivity on planes. In particular, I'm worried about other passengers using some of the great webchat apps to have 'phone' conversations with people back on the ground - or, Lord help us, conversations with people on other planes. Airlines need to front foot this issue by nominating specific areas of the cabin for webchat.
