Covfefe, dear readers! By the time you read this, I'll be in the land of Trump. I'm off to Washington DC for a week-long travel industry conference.
I'm looking forward to exploring the US capital and its museums. I'm also looking forward to breathing the air and gauging the pulse of Trump Country. Whether you're a fan of the guy or not (I'm not), Donald Trump's car-crash style of diplomacy and Twitter-matic attitude to decision-making has certainly made the political process a more interesting spectacle.
I'm a big believer in not lecturing citizens of other countries about their democratic choices.
We wouldn't appreciate it here, so why inflict it on others?
The Trump supporter I met on a flight to Austin earlier this year was funny and gregarious. He also, fortuitously, lives in DC.
