Phil and Cath Parker, creators of Gisborne's Smash Palace wine bar, have joined forces with Lisa and Andrew Tauber of the luxurious Acton Estate to design a complex which encompasses a wine tourism package of winery, underground cellars, vineyard, fine cuisine and luxury accommodation all within the 8ha garden estate.
