Do you travel light or heavy?
I try to travel light.
Cattle or first class?
Cathay Pacific Business Class is preferred.
I can't travel without...
A sarong!
What type of suitcase do you carry?
One medium-sized ridged suitcase, one hanging bag and a cabin bag.
What's always in your hand luggage?
A change of underwear and a top, deodorant, cleanser, moisturiser, makeup, shawl and a good book.
Are you a planner or last minute packer?
If time prevails I have a dress rehearsal with my sister who also mends and takes a hem up if necessary.
Favourite or most exciting airport to land in?
Hong Kong, for a relaxing massage between flights.
Most memorable trip?
Meeting Italian and Croatian friends, introducing them to our clients and dining on delicious local cuisine - sweet melon with wafer thin prosciutto; pasta with wild asparagus; grilled succulent lobster fresh from the sea, served with crisp malvasia wine; local cheeses served with honey; espresso and a little digestive of wild herb grappa made by mamma - not forgetting listening to choir practice in the acoustically perfect local church!
What do you do while on the plane?
Long days in the office preparing for a trip is always tiring so I look forward to my long flight by totally relaxing with a glass of wine or two and dining on someone else's good cooking and watching a movie.
